Customer Issue: The customer inherited an antique cabinet, but couldn’t open it because the lock was jammed.
Our Solution: We inspected the lock, then repaired it by thoroughly cleaning the parts that had dirt and grime build-up, which made it easier to operate. It was a delicate work, but it was completed successfully!
Customer Issue: Lost car keys late at night and didn’t want to leave his car unattended.
Our Solution: We got the call and immediately sent the on-call locksmith over to help Mr. Schilling with the car lockout. After arriving at the address, the locksmith quickly rekeyed the car lock and the ignition and made a temp key for Mr. Schilling to use until we made a permanent replacement car key for him.
Emergency Apartment Lockout
Customer Issue: We got a distress call from Mrs. Brooks who got locked out of her apartment.
Our Solution: The key couldn’t turn inside the lock, so after opening the door safely, we disassembled the lockset, found a broken part and replaced it with a matching one.
New Toyota Car Keys
Customer Issue: Our customer could not find the key for his Toyota Camry 2013 anywhere.
Our Solution: We replaced the lost Toyota key with a new one and rekeyed the ignition. The programming went smoothly and Mr. Reed drove off safely.
Digital Lock Installation
Customer Issue: Trevor wanted a digital lock for his front door.
Our Solution: We helped the customer choose a battery-operated digital brass lock with unique access codes for up to 6 users, installed it and provided advice on its use.
Honda Civic Ignition Rekey
Customer Issue: Mr. Foster found it difficult to turn the key inside the ignition to start the engine of his Honda Civic 2010.
Our Solution: We inspected the ignition closely and discovered the cylinder was greatly worn, so we replaced it to rekey the lock and programmed the new key.
Customer Issue: Bill couldn’t unlock his office ahead of an important meeting and called us for help.
Our Solution: We opened the door in over a minute, making sure the lock was intact and ready to go. At Mr. Harris' request, we also set an appointment to have it replaced with a newer model.
New Car Keys
Customer Issue: The customer called us when his 2002 Ford Expedition key broke in the lock.
Our Solution: Alex had provided the car’s VIN number and we cut a new key for him. We made sure there was no damage to the ignition and that the new key worked perfectly before leaving.
Customer Issue: The customer had lost his keys while out on a run and was locked out of his house.
Our Solution: We arrived at the customer’s house within 15 minutes. Five minutes after that, we’d unlocked the door, and made a new key at the customer's request.
Second Lock Installation
Customer Issue: Mrs. Sullivan asked us to install a second lock on her front door.
Our Solution: We helped our customer select a deadbolt with one-inch throw and a security strike plate with three-inch screws and installed it above the original door knob.
